Ingo Logé is a clinical nutritionist and therapeutic lifestyle educator who specializes in the creation of individual lifestyle and nutritional programs. With many offerings, clients receive expert coaching, assistance and recovery  with  hormone imbalances, immune system dysfunction, sleep, stress and digestive issues, cleansing/detuning, revitalization, advanced food finger printing and metabolic typing, relief of chronic and acute symptoms, allergies, mind-emotion re –pattering (NLP) and therapeutic lifestyle coaching.  Ingo holds membership with The American Society for Nutrition and The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

Leveraging this experience I offer a unique perspective and approach to getting your body and life back in shape!

First, Training and coaching involves equal parts of mental, spiritual and physical development. Both must be addressed in any program or protocol to realize lasting success.

Second, Training and coaching should be tailored for lifestyle and functional fitness, relative to the unique needs, goals and objectives of you the client. And yes it should be fun and exciting!

Third,   Coaching and training should stretch one's perceived limitations, revealing capabilities often never before considered. Can you say I never thought I could do that?

Fourth, Coaching and training programs must be dynamic and move through a logical progression. The result should be lifelong health, wellness, and fitness.
