Cooking Classes

Wellness Kitchen  Luncheon $105, Dinner $125 per person
Fresh, nutritious food and fine dining come together in Wellness Kitchen. Led by Culinary Teaching Chef Lance Roll and Nutritional Life Coach Ingo Loge'  the cooking classes offer practical help on selecting, preparing, and enjoying simple, yet delicious meals, using “super foods” which improve health and increase longevity. The two-hour, interactive class (up to 16 people) is a hands-on experience where you cook and sit down to enjoy a nutritious meal. Rotating menus.
