Feel the WOW! Machines are good, free weights too, but you haven't worked out and and felt the WOW you'll feel when you finish this workout with the TRX. WOW is the reward I'm looking for, makes me want to go back for more.

If you are looking for something new, this is it. It is hard but fun and you can see improvements with nearly every workout. I can see a difference in my speed and agility that I had not been able to achieve with weights.

turn up a notch! 10/22/2008 - by Dave  my TRX has gone from workout accessory to the center piece of my workout. I am no longer augmenting my stength workouts with a few TRX moves. Now the TRX has become the center piece of my strength workouts. You get a good pump, and enhance flexibility, with balance and core work thrown in. Keep the rest to a minimum and you get cardiovascular benefit as well. I am a 50 year old who has been an avid exerciser my whole life. I have to say that this is a very complete workout.

After years of doing exercises on machines in the gym, I have come to the realization that functional training is the way to go. Just think about it, how do star athletes train? Hours in the gym? Nope, they do funtional training and this DVD is fantastic at guiding you to do just that. This is a great way to gain strength while moving your body in its natural motions.

Getting fit the FUN way is what my personal training program is all about. Many of my clients love the TRX system since I introduced it into my studio last October. I have had a seventy year old beginner and a sixteen year old athlete train with.
